    Our Story

    Adrenalin Experience is an experiential learning and development center that aims to deliver corporate programs and team performance enhancement through practical customized solutions. The company was established in 2013 to provide different entities with alternative, unconventional methods of training and developing the skills of the existing calibers, along with improving the overall corporate culture through a set of predesigned programs that address the most common issues that corporates face, in addition to our world-class bespoke programs that assist in solving specific issues that a certain company might be facing.

    Our flexibility as an enterprise allows us to cater to the different needs of our clients with precision, quality and great operational performance. Our diversity serves to realize the aspirations of our clients in terms of programs, venues and price offering.     Mohamed Soliman
    Chief Executive Officer

    With 18 years of work experience in Egypt, Denmark, England and both MBA from Durham University UK and BSc in Engineering from Cairo University, Soliman was able to lead Adrenalin since its foundation in difficult and perilous conditions a few days before the Egyptian revolution broke out in 2011 to great success. This success awarded him the ‘Best UK Alumni Entrepreneur’ in Egypt 2017 by the British government. Prior to founding Adrenalin, he was the head of project management at EFG-Hermes, the leading Middle East Investment bank. He supervised projects in 9 different countries with budget 25 million USD after his work for Citibank.

    Raid is Egypt’s General Manager for Double A corporation, one of the world’s most reputable paper manufacturers. He holds a BSc degree from Cairo University, Egypt and an MBA from Maastricht School of Management, The Netherlands. With over twenty-five years of experience leading Sales, Consulting, General Management functions across corporate and professional service business models, along with a proven record of accomplishment in startup, growth and turnaround contexts in the Middle East and Africa region Raïd Gamal-Eldin is a serial entrepreneur; he founded and co-founded multiple successful start-ups in different business sectors including entertainment, learning & development, branding, food Service, FMCG, spa & wellness, online retailing and sports accessories

    Mohamed Yousry is the Regional Brand Director – Middle East, Turkey and Africa of MARS based in Jeddah. Over the past 18 years, Yousry has been recognized as a knowledgeable marketing expert in the region through his work for several multinationals including Vodafone, Pepsico and Henkel. He holds BSc in Economics from Cairo University.

    Ahmed Naguib
    Co-Founder and Board Member

    Ahmed Naguib is the Director of Sales at Blue prism for the MEA region based in Dubai. He holds an MBA from Manchester University in UK and BSc in Computer Science from the American University in Cairo. Naguib was selected to attend leadership programs at Boston Business school, Insead university and IESE business schools. For over 18 years, he worked for Microsoft, Citibank, Teradata and NCR. Naguib was also a board member of Gezira Sporting Club in Egypt and was a president of Rotaract club of Gezira.

    Shehab Rashad
    General Manager

    With 16 years of experience, Shehab joined Adrenalin in 2015. His hard work and dedication since then has proven him to be a most valuable asset to Adrenalin and contributed greatly to Adrenalin’s success. Prior to joining Adrenalin, he lead several successful organizations like Tiger Marine, the leading inflatable boats producer in the Middle East. Rashad holds BA in business from Cairo University.

    Omar Suliman

    Chief Finance Officer

    With 13 years of finance experience, Adrenalin decided to hire Hesham in 2015 to lead its growing finance department. Hesham had great experience in Accounting and Finance built up from his work in different industries since his graduation from Cairo University,  Accounting Department.
